Refund Policy:

We make dresses fit to measure and leave margins in all dresses for future alternation Purposes.

Incase of any alterations to take place, Please email us the clear pictures of the sizes received and sizes submitted for further support of your issues. Pictures need to be submitted with-in 24-48 hours of the delivery of the product. Once the return request get approved you can courier back the dress to the respective return address mentioned on the shipping label at your own cost.

Alternations and shipping charges of sending it back to you will be absolutely free.

NOTE: The return and refund cannot be availed on sale items, gift cards and customise orders.

All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

The item should be returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.

For all self-shipped exchanges, please use a reliable courier service.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

The customer will have to mention their details of name, address and phone number on the parcel before sending the courier out.

Discount coupons/Reward points/Store credit will not be applicable for use on sale items or on items from brands other than Pershoppe.

For self shipped returns, the customer may be asked to share a copy of the outgoing courier receipt at pershoppeindia@gmail.com

As a company policy, we do not provide refund in the form of cash refund, or refunded in the bank account. We only issue store credit against returns. This store credit is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
